We’re having a serious makeup malfunction after watching this beautiful, tear-jerking video of a big brother and a little brother reuniting after two years.
Posted on the feel-good Facebook page Love What Matters, the footage sees little brother Landon leg it at high speed across the football pitch when he spots his brother Cam after two whole years.
What follows is just over two minutes of the most wonderful, precious display of the love that exists between siblings, particularly when one is big and one is little.
Landon jumps into his brother’s arms and cries tears of happiness, while his big brother can’t hold seem to hold back the tears either. And what has really touched our hearts deeply is the way the pair are just happy to hold each other, to be together.
Oh, and that big smile on Landon’s face towards the end of the video – have you ever seen such pure, unfiltered happiness?
Landon and Cam’s gorgeous video has racked up over 17,000 views and counting, with many commenters showing the love.
“What I so appreciate about this video besides the love that the two brothers obviously have for each other is that there was no shaming of the little brother for his very visible show of emotions,” said one commenter. “That was beautiful to behold.”
While another added: “This is truly brotherly love. It brought tears to my eyes. I have two sons that are grown men now and rarely, and I mean rarely talk to each other. I am not a young mother now and I pray that before God takes me home that they will become friends again.”
