The 35-year-old posed nude for DuJour magazine, saying, "To me, nudity is not something to be ashamed of... I’m not embarrassed of my body."
Speaking about the changes in her body during her final trimester, Kourtney said, "I’m at my best when I’m pregnant. It’s such an amazing feeling, the transformation that your body goes through. There’s something about that that’s so empowering and beautiful and I just really embrace it."

When asked about her decision to do the shoot, Kourtney said she was proud to have the pictures to show her children down the line. "I’m not trying to impress anybody, or be something that I’m not. It’s just a beautiful thing, just being able to take those photographs and have them, and just be able to show my children, ‘this was you inside.'"
The mum-of-two said her boyfriend Scott Disick was "always very supportive," although she wasn't sure if he was "super excited" about the shoot.
Kourtney did her first nude pregnancy shoot while carrying her eldest son, Mason, now 4. She revealed that the photos now proudly hang in her mum Kris Jenner's house.
