The 12-year-old, who is fronting her own cookery show at the tender age of 12, succeeded in absolutely mortifying her father in a recent appearance on Masterchef Junior.
Matilda was making a cameo appearance on the US version of the show alongside Gordon, who is a judge on the show, when she opened up on one of his more unusual habits.
When asked by fellow judges Graham Elliot and Joe Bastianich whether Gordon had ever embarrassed her, Matilda responded: “Yeah! He loves to run around naked.”
While Gordon hung his head at her response, the 12-year-old added: “I’m kidding!”
Gordon had a trick of his own up his sleeve, however, going on to get his own back on his daughter by attempting to set her up on a date with 12-year-old contestant Michael.
We don’t think we’ve ever seen Gordon being put in that position before. It looks like Matilda is naturally born for the entertainment industry!
