She has wowed viewers with her fantastic moves and performances on this year’s Strictly Come Dancing, but Frankie Bridge admits that she feels guilty that intensive training has meant less time spent with her son.

The Saturdays star, who is mum to one-year-old son Parker, recently opened up about missing her boy.

In an interview with The Mirror, the 25-year-old said: “I don’t get to see him as much as I like but I do see him a bit more than when I’m away on my normal job.”

“But you do have that guilt every so often when you haven’t seen them [Parker and her husband, Wayne] that day,” she added.

Frankie’s comments come just days after her announcement that little Parker had reached a major milestone in his life.

Writing in her column for OK! magazine, Frankie proudly revealed: “The big news is I’m a very proud mummy this week after seeing Parker walk for the first time. [He’s] also realised he can kick a ball now – you can imagine how happy Wayne is, but we’d never push him into football.”

We are loving watching her on Strictly this year. We think she is a definite contender for the title!
