Yesterday, we reported on a teacher in the US who was facing an assault charge over dragging a student along the floor by his wrists, and yet another shocking incident involving a teacher has emerged today.

In frightening footage captured by CCTV cameras in a school in Naples, Italy, a teacher was caught slapping her pupils and even stealing their sweets at one stage.

The teacher – whose identity has not been revealed in a bid to protect the names of the children involved – was caught out after concerned parents complained to the school. Hidden cameras were then set up, with the teacher soon being caught red-handed.

One pupil informed investigators: “She’s mean. She slaps and shoves you for no reason and we all have to show her our food in case she wants it.”

Needless to say, the children were warned by the teacher not to tell their parents about what went on in the classroom, and she even threatened them if they revealed any details of what went on.

The footage, which is now being investigated by the authorities, shows the teacher slapping a child in the head twice as he attempts to run away from her, as well as leaning over and taking another child’s sweets.

According to authorities, the teacher has been suspended from the school and is under house arrest until the investigation is complete. She is currently facing a number of assault allegations.
