Brownies, brownies, brownies.

 

Hands up who loves brownies? Hands up who especially loves the chewy edges on brownies?

 

Okay, there’s no need to actually raise your hand: what we are doing here is showing the rhetorical nature of these two questions, because the obvious answer is EVERYBODY.

 

We’re a dab hand at making luscious, soft-in-the-middle brownies –and considering how utterly delicious they are, we think it’s a blessing that even the biggest kitchen-phobe can whip up a batch in minutes.

 

But back to the chewy edges. With a normal baking tray, only four brownies get two chewy edges, the rest on the outer edges of the tray get two, and then there are the sad plebs in the middle of the tray who get none!

 

 

Well with this nifty why-didn’t-they-think-of-it-sooner invention, every.single.brownie gets more than one chewy edge.

 

Yep, the baking tray has one continuous, snaking chamber, flanked with ‘walls’ to bake your brownie batter to perfection.
