This little girl was just out and about on her pony, expecting a gentle ride through the fields.
But she got a nasty surprise when she and her not-so-trusty steed hit the water.
It seems a flooded patch of grass was just too much for the animal to ignore, and he started splashing about in excitement.
It didn't stop there, though.
Forgetting that he had a little girl on his back (or knowing full well, and doing it anyway!), he decided to go in for a full-on pony mud-bath!
Evidently, there's a term for riders who find themselves sopping from equines' adventures in the muck: pony-dunked!
Initially pretty shocked to be taking the plunge against her will, it wasn't long before she broke into a grin.
Sure, how many kids get to say they've been 'pony-dunked?!'
