His tasting menus generally cost an arm and a leg, but Gordon Ramsay is offering his services free of charge to this little girl, who wrote him a heartbreaking letter about her debilitating gastrointestinal (GI) condition.
Eight-year-old Abigail Carper's rare intestinal condition means she must eat through a feeding tube and can only eat a few foods.
It also means plenty of time spent in a hospital bed. In a heartening letter to the celeb chef, Abby told him she was a "huge fan."
In fact, she loves Gordon's shows so much that she even watches them in hospital.
Sadly, however, her condition means she'll never sample much of the food Gordon makes.
"I can't eat the food you make on Masterchef Jr, but I love to watch it," wrote Abigail, who wants to be an allergy chef at her own restaurant.
"I have a rare GI disease that makes me really sick when I eat so I have a feeding tube. I can eat few foods but not a lot,’ she went on to explain, adding that she wants to be a chef when she grows up ‘just like you.'"
So, she asked, "Do you think you could cook some food or make new recipes on MasterChef Jr for me using only ingredients I can eat?"
"My mom tries but she’s just an OK cook. I know you could make me something really good. Love your biggest fan, Abigail Carper."
The next day, her mum Amber shared a vid of Abby reading her letter out, and in no time, Gordon responded to her on Twitter!
"Hey gorgeous Abigail, thx for you're kind letter, ask mummy to DM, please take care, Chef Ramsay xxx," he wrote.

Naturally, both mum and daughter were absolutely thrilled with Gordon's response.
"Abby is going to scream with happiness! I’m so happy for her," mum Amber replied. "I will definitely dm you. I cannot wait to show her this in the am. She’s going to be ecstatic! Thank you!’"
And Amber didn't seem too upset that her girl had shamed her cooking skills to the world.
