Now we know poor dads get a bit of a slagging at times about their hair skills, (we’ve all seen the meme with the real bun tied into the girl’s hair!) but this dad is doing a pretty impressive job – as his adorable little girl is quick to point out.
In this almost TOO cute video, dad Derrick Culpepper is doing his three-year old daughter Linda’s hair before school, but it’s her sweet encouragement that’s melting the hearts of people everywhere.
“You’re almost done! You’re doing a good job!” she says sweetly.

And this lovely show of family encouragement is just a normal day in the life Derrick told Buzzfeed News.
“In this house we are real,” he says. “We give hugs, we love, we have fun, and we give second chances. This is just how we live and how we raise our kids to be encouraging to one another.
“She does it to mom as well because that’s the way we are around home, we encourage each other and build each other up.”
The super cute video was actually shared last year, but has gone viral thanks to a posting on the page Because of Them We Can – and we’re so glad it did. Talk about putting an instant smile on our face!
