If you are a Disney fan then you will no doubt be very excited to hear that The Lion King is returning to the big screen in 3D. This is the perfect opportunity for you to introduce your kids to this Disney classic, as well as a chance to revisit a childhood favourite.
Simba, Mufasa, Nala, Scar, Timon and Pumbaa are back and better than ever for a special four week theatrical extravaganza which kicks off on the 7th October. Simba, the feisty lion cub who "just can't wait to be king" is sent into exile by his envious uncle Scar. Alone and adrift, Simba soon joins the escapades of a hilarious meerkat named Timon and his warm-hearted warthog pal, Pumbaa. Adopting their carefree lifestyle of "Hakuna Matata", Simba ignores his real responsibilities until he realises his destiny and returns to the Pride Lands to claim his place in the "Circle of Life".
To celebrate the release of this Disney classic, we have lots of sets of family tickets to give away to attend the Irish premiere of The Lion King 3D. The screening takes place in the Savoy cinema, Dublin on Sunday October 2nd at 11am.
