It’s congratulations for Hollyoaks star, Jennifer Metcalfe who is expecting her first child.
The soap star and former Geordie Shore star, Greg Lake, are said to be ‘delighted’ about the news.
A source close to the couple told The Sun:
“Jen and Greg are delighted. They have told their family and friends, who are chuffed too.
“Obviously after her difficult time filming her last pregnancy scenes on Hollyoaks this is a breath of fresh air for Jen,” the close friend said of Jennifer’s character, Mercedes who suffered a stillborn birth on the soap last year.
“But it’s going to be an exciting rest of the year for her.”
Jennifer and Greg first met back in 2013 and have been open in the past about their hopes to start a family.
