Rustic pork chops

A very quick and delicious meal to make when you are short on time but don’t want to skimp on flavour.
4 pork chops
2 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tsp crème fraîche or cream
Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas mark 6.
Place the chops in a large, shallow roasting tray and cook for 15 minutes.
I a bowl, mix together the mustard and creme fraiche.
Pour equally over the top of the chops.
Return to the oven for 5 further minutes then serve.
