No matter how much you tell yourself you won’t when you are pregnant, it is easy to find yourself repeating certain sentences or phrases when you have kids.
And no matter how frustrating you may find the repetitiveness and try not to do it, there are a number of things you are guaranteed to say at least once a day (although it's usually way more...)
1. “Are you listening to me?”
You’ll usually say this more than once because they never are...
2. “Have you done your homework?”
A question that is usually responded with an “ugh”
3. “Where are your shoes?”
You are mostly likely to be asking this in a panic-induced state at half eight in the morning.
4. “What is that on your face?”
It’s generally chocolate or something sticky...
5. “Be careful”
Kids don’t seem to have any fear...
6. “Pull your trousers up”
Builder’s have nothing on your child’s spectacular builder’s bum...
7. “Put on your coat”
They don't think about colds and such things!
8. “No, there is no dessert”
They never have dessert – why do they keep asking for it?!
9. “Yes, you can have five more minutes”
Sometimes it’s easier than dealing with the feet stamping and tantrums.
10.”Did you flush the toilet?”
Why don’t they do this?!
