Another day, another magical treat courtesy of J.K Rowling. Yep, we can now make like Harry, Ron and Hermione and find out what OUR Patronus would be!
The Pottermore website has a brand new addition: a beautiful, immersive animated video that makes you feel like in you’re in the Forbidden Forest, searching for your very own Patronus.
What we love about JK’s writing is the way she captures the human condition with simple yet powerful metaphors, with a case in point being the Patronus, the positive force we each have that pushes away bad feelings and negativity.
When we are faced with times of struggle we have to find a strength within us to overcome it, though it’s not always easy. And in the same way, when Harry is faced with the Dementors or Voldemort, he has to conjure up his strength, his Patronus.
Fans of Harry Potter will know Harry’s Patronus is a stag. But what’s yours?
