Mum-of-twins, with another one on the way, Natalie Bennett decided to compare her two pregnancies in a very interesting video, and it is fascinating.
The mum from the US gave birth to twin boys over two years ago, and took the time to chat about her pregnancy now is so much better than it was on her first.
Natalie took to her YouTube channel to share two clips: one of her when she was 36 weeks pregnant with her twins, and another of how she looks now (36 weeks with just one baby).
“In my last pregnancy, by the end, I had a huge body and my belly was so ridiculously large, it looks inhumane,” she said on her blog.
Describing her belly as a torpedo back then, the 24-year-old went on to explain how her first pregnancy was not enjoyable; suffering from itchy and stretched skin, she admits that while she has a lot going on caring for twin boys, her pregnancy now is not as tough as it was first time around.
“It is difficult to be a pregnant mum to twin toddler boys,” she continued.
“Life is crazy right now, so I am exhausted by the end of the day as I’m nine months pregnant.
“But I am nowhere near as miserable as I was in my last pregnancy at this time.”
Talking about how things are different, Natalie continued: “If I could compare the two pregnancies there are pros and cons to both; ups and downs to both.”
“I feel like the experience that I am having this time around is exactly what it was designed to be.
"And, yes, there are difficulties with just my life and how it is and running a business here on YouTube and moving during my pregnancy and everything that happened. I am where I am meant to be.”
