Here at MummyPages we love a good pregnancy photo shoot. Over the years, we've covered a lot of them, from the outrageously adorable to the completely outlandish.
But this, even for us, is a complete first.
When Nick Roberts arranged to have a photo shoot with his pregnant girlfriend, we kind of expected the pregnant person to actually appear in the photos.
That was not the case...
Speaking to Love What Matters, Nick explained that he had arranged a photo shoot with a friend of his, but his girlfriend forgot about it and made other plans.
Instead of cancelling the shoot, however, Nick grabbed a McDonalds, opened his shirt and embraced the Dad Bod.
We. Can't. Deal.
Hilariously, Nick said the shoot brought him so much closer to the impending birth:
"If I'm being completely honest, the setting, the occasion, the awful cramps from the double cheeseburgers... it all brought me so much closer to the pregnancy.
I'll never know what being in labour feels like, but I feel in my heart, it can't be too far away from eating A LOT of fast food. I'm truly blessed to have had this eye-opening experience."
