Being pregnant is a joyous experience, although you can be bombarded with information on what to eat to ensure you are getting adequate vitamins and minerals and to make you feel good throughout your pregnancy.

Berries are packed with fibre making them perfect for when you are feeling constipated.

Make sure you eat plenty of fruit to ensure you are getting a wide variety of essential minerals and vitamins.

Beef works in the same way as the pork as it also contains choline and protein. Choose a cut that is at least 95% fat-free.
