A little girl has a very strong sense of self-worth, so strong in fact that she chanced the princely sum of ten million pounds from the tooth fairy in exchange for her tooth. Well you can’t blame a girl from trying right?
But’s it’s the golden response that has made people laugh – a very straight-faced letter taking into account the tooth fairy’s expenses, admin fees and a ‘cheeky mare’ fee. A rude introduction into the world of grown-up finances we think!
We love the mum’s epic response and how she immersed herself into this ‘tooth fairy’ world – what an imagination she has! And although Mischa ended up with the not too shabby sum of £1, we think the magical – yet slightly businesslike – note is the real prize.
Here’s what the brilliant letter, shared on Reddit, said:
Dear Mischa,
Thank you for your request of £10,000 for your tooth, sadly I am unable to make decisions of this magnitude so I had to refer your request to my supervisor the fairy godmother.
Having considered this very seriously and even taking into account the lack of teeth from you of late unfortunately your request has been unsuccessful however we are delighted to offer the following:
Total cost for this tooth: £10
Minus tooth fairy initial visit expenses (-£1.00)
Fairy Godmothers travel expenses (-£1.90)
Admin fees (-£4.10)
2nd visit from tooth fairy (-£1.00)
Cheeky Mare fee (-£1.00)
