If we’re to believe the ads and the movies, pregnancy is a time when we’re glowing prettily and always happy – and while it IS a special, beautiful time, it’s also sometimes… ahm, not.
So we actually laughed out loud at this ‘What To Expect When Expecting V Reality’ video shared by mum blogger Tova Leigh.
The video is a hilarious look at what we expect pregnancy to be like our first time around – when we’re all “I’m going to be glowing” and “There’s no way I’m going to need drugs – nope, no matter how sore it gets I’m staying all natural” – and what really goes down.
Oh the sweet, sweet innocence!
We LOVE how Tova is keeping it real with her video; not only is it entertaining, it’s a firm reminder that there’s no such thing as a ‘perfect’ pregnancy.
