A major supermarket chain have been forced to recall another children’s costume as the packaging does not display the appropriate warning that the costume is not suitable for children under 36 months.
ASDA is recalling the Disney Buzz Lightyear sound effect costumes after hearing they are dangerous.
The issue is with the attached cord on the wings which were seen as a strangulation hazard.
The company have recalled all sizes of the costume.
ASDA have said that all customers should return the costume immediately for a full refund.
No receipt is needed to receive the refund.
