Meghan Markle wont follow THIS royal tradition when she gives birth

Since becoming a member of the Royal Family Meghan Markle hasn’t been afraid of breaking the odd rule or two.

The Duchess hasn’t been afraid to stray away from traditions and it looks like she has no plans to stop that once her son or daughter is born in the Spring.

When Meghan and Harry confirmed they were expecting their first child everyone expected that the pair would follow in the footsteps of Harry’s older brother the Duke of Cambridge and the Duchess of Cambridge.

Kate gave birth to their three children- Prince Louis, Princess Charlotte and Prince George- at the Lindo Wing in St. Mary’s Hospital, London.

The princes’ mum Princess Diana also chose to give birth at St. Mary’s Hospital, but rumour has it Meghan won’t be following this tradition come springtime.

It was originally reported that the Duchess was going to opt for a home birth at her and Harry’s new home Frogmore Cottage in Windsor.

However, according to Hello! Magazine the former actress is planning on welcoming her first born into the world at Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey.

The main reason for Meghan’s decision is fairly logical. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be too far away from the Lindo Wing, which could potentially take an hour to get to, especially in bad traffic.

Therefore, Frimley Park Hospital seems like a far more suitable option for the parents-to-be.

It is a mere half hours drive away from Meghan and Harry’s new home.

We are so excited for Meghan to give birth to her son or daughter in the coming months.

Meghan is set to give birth at the end of April or start of May.
