The gorgeous pair were born only a month apart after Jade announced her pregnancy not long after her daughter Assisi announced she was expecting a baby.
Jade had previously spoken about taking the time to tell her daughter that she too was expecting, not wanting to take away her special moment: “I waited a few months before I told Assisi because I wanted to do all the tests and feel confident that everything was okay because at my age, that was important. I also didn’t want to take away from Assisi and make her feel like I had stolen her moment.”
Thankfully, her daughter was delighted for her and it wasn't long before they were sharing adorable photos of their matching baby bumps.
The mum-of-three captioned the stunning photo: “proud (grand) mama #family #grandma.”
We must say, she certainly looks every inch the proud (grand) mama – what a pair of cuties they are.
