The Office for National Statistics (ONS) has released the top baby names for England and Wales for 2012. For yet another year the list see’s Harry and Amelia top their respective lists with little change in the top ten. Riley was the only addition to the boys list while Mia and Isla moved into 7th and 8th place on the girls list.
