It’s an issue that many of us have experienced and cringed over – being asked when we are due, when we have either had the baby or were never expecting in the first place!

One mum who can relate to this is Carrie Saum, a vlogger who took to YouTube recently to outline when it is appropriate to ask a woman if she is pregnant.

Carrie explains that she feels it’s an important topic to raise, because she feels she ‘looks four to six weeks pregnant all of the time’, and she has obviously had some bad experiences.

Showing off her “not baby belly” to the world, Carrie goes on to explain that there are only two instances where it’s appropriate to ask a woman if she’s expecting: if she tells you, or if you see the baby crowning!

“Women’s bodies are not your business. Reproduction, having the babies, making the babies, growing the babies – if she wants you to know, she’ll tell you,” says Carrie.
