Finding out you are pregnant is a truly incredible time, but even more so if you've spent years dreaming about having a baby.
Which is exactly what happened to Tiffany Rex who was forced to go through IVF before conceiving her very much sought-after child, baby Avery.
Tiffany, who is due her first child next month, admitted that IVF was her last resort - but one that has certainly paid off.
Wanting to give hope and strength to others going through the same thing, Tiffany decided to celebrate her daughter's "last baby shower" by sharing her long road to pregnancy.
Taking to Facebook, the expectant mama shared her journey with the help of 36 eye-opening images and hilariously honest captions.
"As I sit here preparing for Avery's last baby shower, I thought I would share her story," she wrote.
"So many people have confided their journeys to me after our announcement, and I wanted to share more detail on the long road we faced to help give hope and strength to others."
"I added detailed captions on the photos for those interested in the process.
"I am so grateful to be where we are today, and pray every day for those still on their journey. It is not easy, but it is is doable. Feel free to ever reach out with questions.
"Baby Avery, we loved you so much before you were even created. We cannot wait to hold you in our arms in 8 short weeks."
