No sleep can make even the calmest and most serene people on this earth completely delirious.
And sometimes, an over reliance on coffee to get you through the day just doesn't cut it.
But when you're pregnant, extremely tired and can't sleep, there is nothing you wouldn't do to get some shut-eye.
Which is exactly how one mum-to-be ended up crying in the arms of a policeman who was sent to her home recently.
Mama-to-be made a noise complaint when her neighbours refused to turn down the music for the millionth time.
And when the cop arrived to her door, giving her the same usual spiel about how there is nothing he can do, the mum-to-be knew there was something she actually could do.
Feeling panicked and desperate, she allowed the door to slam her and began to cry.

"I sobbed hysterically and he turned around and ran to me right away asking what's wrong. It's just... I'm so tired I just want to sleep. I'm pregnant and emotional, all I want is to sleep!"
While the policeman was uncomfortable, he did do something the cops never done before, he promised to get the neighbours to stop.
The mum-to-be added: "Five minutes later there was a beautiful silence and absolutely no more music. I feel guilty and awkward about it, but they didn't start it up again and I got to SLEEP!"
