We're all about the gift life! There's nothing we love more than receiving gifts from people, it's a little sad but we do smile ear to ear.

Mind you, we're not easily bought off, and it would seem that this mum-to-be is the same as the rest of us.

Taking to the much loved BabyBumps forum to complain about her over-eager neighbour, the mum-to-be shares her concerns.

Her neighbour has been longing for another baby for a number of years, and when this user announced her pregnancy, her friend was excited for the mum-to-be.

And when Neighbour bought a pacifier as a gift for Baby, mum-to-be was grateful for the lovely gesture.

Nonetheless, things never run smoothly, and it would seem the neighbour is out-living her welcome.

The enthusiastic friend has been inundating the expectant mummy and her partner with gifts for their baby, and constant visits.

My neighbor is living vicariously through my pregnancy and driving everyone crazy from BabyBumps

So, without wanting to sound ungrateful, mum-to-be is requesting that her neighbour stops.

She believes it is unfair on her husband and the rest of her family who would also like to buy gifts, and would like some time alone to embrace the pregnancy as she feels her neighbour is hanging on to the pregnancy she'll never have.

We want to know what you would do in this situation... would you ask her to stop? Is this a precious family time? Or is their neighbour just being friendly?
