But it looks like How I Met Your Mother star, Cobie Smulders, is now more than happy to chat about pregnancy, motherhood and the stress that goes alongside it!
Discussing her post-birth appearance, Cobie doesn't have any hard and fast rules regarding her svelte figure, saying: "I don't know. I work a lot. I have another child so I have to chase that child. Breastfeeding, I don't know? I got lucky this time around. I think it's mainly stress. It's just the best diet ever."
Cobie, who is currently starring in film Unexpected, credits the movie with being able to prepare herself for her second labour, saying: "Maybe I hadn't quite accepted it yet- that I was having another child- but especially at the birth stuff, I was like 'Yeah, I remember this, I remember how this felt.'"
The 32-year-old mum-of-two acknowledges the pressure women feel to 'have it all' and admits, like any mum, she sometimes struggles to juggle responsibilities, saying: "It's really hard. It takes a lot of work, and I feel like some days you feel like 'Oh my God, I can do this' and do everything, and then other days you just can't."
