Police are appealing for witnesses and members of the public to come forward following the tragic death of a two-year-old girl in Nottingham.
The toddler, who was struck by a vehicle outside Nottingham's Capital FM Arena, was taken to hospital following the devastating event, but unfortunately died from injuries sustained at the scene.
According to reports, police were alerted to the incident at 08.10 yesterday morning and are now desperately seeking information regarding the crash.
It is understood that the child was taken from Bolero Square to the city's Queen 's Medical Centre where she tragically lost her fight for life.
