Metropolitan Police have launched an appeal to the public for information pertaining to the recent disappearance of a mum and her six-week-old daughter.
20-year-old Isobel Hughes and her baby girl, Mya, were last seen in Ealing at 10pm on Friday April 1st, and police have said they are growing increasingly concerned about the pair's welfare as baby Mya suffers from a heart condition and requires regular medical checks.
Isobel, who has links with Slough, Hampshire, Reading and Windsor, is described as being 5ft 8 inches in height and of slim build.
Police have taken to social media and urged members of the public to come forward if they feel they can help authorities with their inquiries.
