Beef with ginger marinade

The ginger gives this beef a tatsy kick.
1.5kg beef
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp ginger powder
Pinch salt
Ground black pepper to garnish
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
Preheat your oven to 190°C/ 375°F/ gas mark 5. Line your baking tray with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, ginger, salt, pepper, mustard and lemon juice together. Use your fingers to massage the mix in to the meat.
Make sure your beef is coatedbefore placing on the baking tray.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes or depending how you like your beef done.
Cut before serving.
