Cheese biscuits
Lovely biscuits to serve at a grown-up party

100g grated Cathedral City Mature Yet Mellow cheese

25g soft butter

50g plain Flour

¼ teaspoon baking powder

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6.

Put all the ingredients together in a food processor and blitz until the dough comes together. Form into a flat disc, wrap in cling film and allow to rest for 15 mins in the fridge.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 3mm in thickness.

Cut out with desired cutters, place on a lined baking tray and cook for approx 12 mins or until golden brown.

The biscuits will continue to crisp as they cool on the cooling tray so take them out when they are still a little soft in the middle.
