Chocolate cupcakes
Chocolate cupcakes are a great way to not end up eating an entire chocolate cake all to yourself. 

140g butter, room temperature

140g golden caster sugar

3 eggs

100g self-raising flour

25g cocoa, sifted

Preheat oven to 190°C or gas mark 5. Put out 16 cake cases onto a baking tray.

Combine your butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth.

Add one egg and combine with flour, do this until all eggs and flour have been mixed in. Add your cocoa powder and combine.

Spoon your batter into the cake cases and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove and leave to cool on a wire rack.
