Coffee cocktail
A deeply silky cocktail made using Carte Noire's finest Wholebean Instant coffee combined with Port, Congac, an egg and topped off with a teaspoon of sugar. A real treat for the senses. The cocktail was specially designed by taste immersion expert and world renowned bartender, Tristan Stephenson, to mark the launch of new Carte Noire Instinct at The Silk Rooms, the world's first optimised Wholebean Instant coffee tasting experience

Teaspoon sugar
25ml strongly brewed Carte Noire Instinct
To decorate:
Chocolate shavings
Simply pour the individual ingredients, shake in a cocktail shaker and pour into a classic cocktail glass.
