A great way to get healthy grains into your children.
23g rolled oats
32g crushed cornflakes
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
36g plain flour
45g raisins
60g butter, melted
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp greek yoghurt
Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan assisted. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
Spread oats on the tray and place in the oven for 3 minutes, remove and leave to cool.
Place oats in a bowl and add crushed cornflakes, salt, cinnamon powder, baking powder, flour and sultanas and mix well.
Pour in the butter and honey and stir all the ingredients thoroughly.
Add the yoghurt and stir well to combine.
Roll small balls from the mixture and place on the baking tray, flatten them with the back of a fork.
Put the biscuits into the oven for around 15-20 minutes or until they turn golden.
Leave on the tray for around 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely
