Easy beef stroganoff

This dish would make a great quick weeknight dinner.
4tsp olive oil
1lb sirloin/tenderloin, cut into strips
2 onions/shallots
2 cloves garlic
500g button mushrooms, halved
200ml sour cream
1tsp nutmeg
fresh parsley, to garnish
In a frying pan, heat the2 tsp olive oil and fry the beef strips (you may need to do this in batches).
When all of the beef is cooked through, remove and set aside.
Add some more olive oil and gently soften the onion and garlic.
Stir in the mushrooms and cook until golden and soft.
Take off heat and stir in the sour cream and nutmeg. Add the beef and combine.
Serve onto plates with some pasta or rice and garnish with the parsley.
