300g icing sugar, sifted

50g butter, at room temperature

125g full-fat cream cheese, cold
Packet of bourbon biscuits
Green food colouring

To make the cream cheese frosting, beat the icing sugar and butter together with an electric mixer until the mixture is well combined.

Add the cream cheese and beat until well mixed. Add the food colouring until it reaches your desired shade of green and continue to beat for another few minutes until the frosting is light. Place in the fridge to chill until needed. 

Ice the top and sides of the bourbon biscuits with your green frosting. Choose a black jelly from The National Confectionery Company’s Spooky Treats and chop this into two or three pieces. Use these pieces to create the blackened fingernails of your monster’s fingers.
