Honey cupcakes

For the cakes

115g butter, softened

115g caster sugar

115g self-raising flour

2 eggs

1 tbsp honey

For the icing

50g butter, melted

400g icing sugar

3 tbsp cold water

2 tbsp vanilla essence

To decorate

4 honeycomb chocolate bars, cut into pieces

1 packets sugar bees sweets, (see Cook's Tips)

Edible glitter (see Cook's Tips)

Preheat the oven to 170°C.

Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper cases.

In a bowl, combine the butter, sugar, flour, eggs and honey. Stir well.

Divide the mixture equally into the cups.

Put in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and transfer the cupcakes onto a wire rack to cool down.

Beat the butter, icing sugar, cold water and vanilla essence together in a bowl. Spread on top of the cupcakes with a palette knife.

Cut the honeycomb chocolate bars into pieces. Pile up over the icing then add the sugar bees.

Top with edible glitter and enjoy your honey cupcakes!
