Mini Christmas pudding bonbons

Delicious little bonbons which are a great way to use up leftover Christmas pudding.
350g leftover Christmas pudding
2 tbsp golden syrup
125g dark chocolate, melted
Decoration
100g white chocolate, chopped
Red and green jelly sweets, chopped, to decorate
Mix together the cold Christmas pudding and golden syrup.
Add the melted dark chocolate and beat together.
Roll the mixture into small balls.
Lay out on a lined baking tray, cover with clingfilm and place in the fridge to firm up.
To decorate, melt the white chocolate, allow it to cool for 5 minutes before adding a drip to the top of each bonbon.
Top with small pieces of the red and green jelly sweets to represent a sprig of holly.
