With just four ingredients you will be enjoying this delicious naan bread with your curry in no time.
750ml flour, plus extra for rolling
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
450ml Greek yoghurt
Preheat the oven to 230°C / 450°F / Gas mark 8. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt together. Add the yoghurt and knead the entire mixture together.
Dust a flat surface with some flour and turn the dough out onto it.
Turn it out on a floured surface and continue kneading for about 5 minutes until the dough feels elastic.
Roll it into a bowl and leave for about an hour o two.
Cut it into 12 equal sections and roll into flat discs.
Place in the oven for 25/30 minutes until puffed up.
Cool slightly before cutting.
