Oven fried chicken with a honey mustard glaze

Delicious chicken dinner, no one would believe the chicken was baked not fried.
8 chicken legs/wings
Salt and pepper
2 eggs
250ml milk
120g panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp paprika
60ml vegetable oil
1 tsp paprika
60ml plain flour
2 tbsp chopped, fresh parsley
Honey mustard glaze
100g mayonnaise
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 190°C/375°C/Gas 5.
Season the chicken pieces.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
In another bowl combine panko, paprika and vegetable oil, season to taste.
Place the plain flour into a separate bowl.
Dip each chicken piece into the flour, dip into the egg mixture, then roll in the panko mixture
Place chicken onto a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the crumbs are golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking mix the honey mustard glaze together.
Add the mayonnaise, honey, mustard and dijon mustard to a bowl and whisk together
Once the chicken has cooked, serve immediately with honey mustard glaze and chopped parsley.
