Savoury gluten-free bread

A delicious combination of cheese, onions and herbs-a bread for any occasion or simply on its own with a bit of olive oil.
350g gluten free brown-bread flour
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 medium sized onions, grated
1 clove garlic, crushed
50g cheddar cheese, grated
½ tsp mixed herbs such as oregano, thyme, rosemary, sage
300ml milk
Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F / Gas mark 5.
Prepare a loaf tin greased with butter.
In a large bowl, combine the brown flour, salt and pepper, onions, garlic, cheese and mixed herbs.
Mix well then add the milk and mix again until well blended.
Transfer to the loaf tin and bake for approximately 1 hour.
