This German recipe is a great way to enjoy chicken.
120g plain flour
Salt and pepper to season
2 eggs
200g breadcrumbs
4 chicken fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
Half a lemon
Pour the flour onto a plate and season with the salt and pepper.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat together.
Pour the breadcrumbs onto a second plate.
Get the chicken fillet and roll in the flour, then the egg and the breadcrumbs. Do this to all fillets. Make sure the crumbs are evenly pushed into the chicken.
Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan on a medium heat.
Lay the chicken fillets onto the pan and cook for about 4 minutes on either side until crispy.
Lay each fillet onto a kitchen towel to drain.
Season with the lemon juice and a little salt and pepper.
