So, while many of us are still in disbelief at the fact that Donald Trump is the new POTUS, these kids went out and made their feelings known in a positive and inspirational way.
On Thursday, a day after the results came out, a number of kids went to Hillary Clinton's former Brooklyn headquarters, and wrote thank you messages to the Democratic nominee.
Phrases like "stronger together", "I love Hllary" and "thank you Hillary" adorned the pavement in a wave of colour, and many took to Twitter to share their feelings of emotions at seeing the children sitting on the ground writing from their hearts.
