But imagine if that expectant mother finds out she’s having quadruplets.
Well that’s exactly what happened Bethani Webb as she went for her ultrasound.
With no history of multiples in their family this came as quite the surprise.
Even more amazing was the fact that the quadruplets are identical.
And just in case you wanted more of a surprise, Bethani and her husband Tim conceived the baby naturally.

Already having named her four girls – Abigail, McKayla, Grace and Emily, Bethani and Tim are expecting the girls sometime later this month.
Till then, doctors will be keeping a close eye on this one in 67 million pregnancy.
