Just moments after she finished her segment live on BBC Breakfast, presenter Victoria Fritz went into labour.
It was business as usual for the BBC business presenter her took to live TV yesterday morning just a short while before she went into labour.
Discussing everything from Facebook to EasyJet, Victoria was calm and collected during her morning segment.
Little did she know just a few hours later she would be giving birth to a baby boy.
With her husband stuck in traffic on his way to the hospital it was up to fellow presenter, Sally Nugent to step in and play the role of birthday partner.
Victoria took to social media this morning to share the news with followers saying:
“My heartfelt thanks to Sally Nugent and St Mary’s Hospital’s doctors and midwives who helped me deliver my little boy yesterday. A BBC Breakfast team effort!”

Responding to the news, Sally shared her congrats with the new mum saying:
