Robbie McMahon has Williams Syndrome, a rare neurodevelopmental disorder that affects about 1 in 10,000 people worldwide.
Symptoms can include heart defects, intellectual difficulties and unusual facial features.
But his condition hasn't stopped the five-year-old from enjoying himself, and his lust for life couldn't be clearer in this heartwarming vid.
It shows Robbie living his dream: taking to the sky with his big brother, pilot Mikey.
The brotherly love between them is pretty obvious. Almost as obvious as the joy on Robbie's little face as they glide above earth.
