Giovanna Fletcher has opened up about giving birth to baby Buzz Michelangelo for the first time.
The new mum, who is married to McBusted’s Tom Fletcher, gave birth to Buzz back in March and has now talked about the labour, calling it “intense.”
Giovanna said: “My labour was intense, with no drugs ... Hypnobirthing is about listening to your body – I felt like I’d taken all the drugs on earth because your body produces its own pain relief.”
The new mum also spoke about getting a helping hand from her husband: “Tom fed me Jelly Babies in labour.”
