In a candid interview, Sky Sports News presenter Charlotte Jackson detailed her experience of being pregnant for the first time.

Charlotte announced in June that she was expecting a baby with fiancé Chris Coleman, the Wales football manager. Charlotte is due in December, and the couple plan to tie the knot next May.

Charlotte revealed in the interview that she is expecting a baby boy. She’s very excited to become a mum, but admits she hasn’t had the easiest pregnancy.

"I felt I’d taken a sleeping pill in the first three months.” Charlotte said.

“I also felt sick, but was only sick three times. Big cheese and ham sandwiches got me through!”

Charlotte also said that when the time comes to give birth, she doesn’t want Chris anywhere near the action, worried that it could change his view of her.

“Robbie Williams said seeing his wife in labour was 'like watching his favourite pub being burnt down' so you can stay at the top end.” Charlotte joked.

"I won’t get near the gas and air because he’ll be all over it."
