This is a story to give you all the feels.
Ann Patrick and Marguerita Wilson are two sister's, both who sadly are suffering from Alzheimer's.
It has been fifteen years since the two of them had last clapped eyes on each other but nevertheless, they recognised each other immediately during this heartwarming reunion.
Ann is nine years older than 79-year-old Marguerita Wilson, however it is her little sister’s neurodegenerative disease that has more severely progressed.
The siblings had been very involved in each other’s lives – but it has became harder for them to see each other, due to their circumstances.
This reunion was down to Ann Patrick’s granddaughter, Louise Gover, who works for a nonprofit organisation that helps people with Alzheimer’s to live their daily lives to the fullest.

Louise was hosting an event for the charity when she happened to meet her Great Aunt Marguerita.
After striking up a conversation, Louise soon realised that they were related.
What about that for fate!
On discovering that it had been 15 years since the sisters had last met, Louise quickly set up a reunion.
According to the Metro, Louise said, ''it was a very emotional meeting. My nan and Marguerita were delighted to see each other again, and everyone from family to the care home nurses were crying a few tears.''
The emotional scenes in the video are amazing to watch - and will have you getting misty-eyed for sure.
